Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the service price.
Appointment Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, it may affect your service duration. Any client running more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 100% of the service total.
Payment Policy
All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payment options.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. We will, however, do our best to address any concerns during your visit. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
Health and Safety Policy
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues before your appointment. We adhere to strict sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
Modification of Policies
Little Lavender Esthetics reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to our clients via Square and social media.

Yes, bringing a guest to your appointment is allowed. However, this may interfere with the timing and flow of our service. Please limit to one guest.
